The new demons come!

But not yet. I'm going to make you wait a few days before I reveal them.

Why? Well, two reasons. First, because on this Wednesday, 5/20,  we're going to make you an offer that lasts twenty four hours. The demons will be coming then.

There's also a second reason. I already had a really big announcement today! Ready?

Yes, another free mini! And if you've already backed this campaign, you don't have to do ANYTHING to get it! We're just going to add it onto your pledge. It's our thanks for taking this infernal deal.

If you haven't backed this campaign yet, don't fret - as long as you do it by Monday at midnight EST, you'll be getting this skulking little creep too!

No need to break out the scrying orbs - the next Achievement has been revealed. When we reach a funding amount of $17500, we'll unlock the Chaos Lord!



What is a Chaos Lord, you may be asking? Well I'll tell you what it's not - it's not our take on Melniboneans from the Elric books because that would get us sued. This miniature looks a bit like it listened to My Chemical Romance's The Black Parade a few too many times. IT'S NOT A PHASE, DAD!

I sent an update yesterday and then took the day off. Apparently, that was a big mistake, because we BLEW through the next stretch goal. Not bad for a Sunday.

That means everyone who backs this campaign is getting a free demon hunter!

The only issue is, he's about to be SWAMPED by evil denizens of hell.

When we hit this achievement, we'll perform another summoning and unleash a fifth set of demons that folks can spend their battle bucks on! (You can always buy extra battle bucks as add-ons if you'd like)



Yes, originally, we were going to do another free demon at that amount, but we figured it was time to do something extra special. Just wait til you see the rest of these creeps.

So that means...

Yes, a third one! Once again, I'm going to make you all vote on which one wins the honor.

On that note, the results for the first two demons polls are in. I'm noticing a theme in the winners...

Every pledge will be getting an extra Balor and Pit Fiend. I didn't realize you all hated your players that much...

If you grab six Battle Bucks (the equivalent of six sets of minis), you get the Satanic Panic patch for free.

"But James," you may be saying. "I've backed all the past campaigns and already have all the other miniatures! But I really want that damned patch!"

I hear you. I see you. I've cast a scrying spell. I'm more invasive than Santa. 

And just for you, I've made the patch an add-on. Anyone who wanted to grab it but isn't getting it for free can now edit their pledge and grab it in the add-on section. 🫡

I made a pamphlet full of spells based on the new Demon Lords from the Demonic Grimoire! What do you need to do to get it?

Surprise surprise! 

I have a little bonus for you all today. I wrote a random Cult Generator that is meant to be printed out and placed in a three ring binder. With all the options, there is easily over a billion different cults that could come out of this.

Is it a stretch goal/ achievement? No.

Is it an add-on? Nope. 

So how do you get it? Easy. You just grab it off my google drive, completely for free.

This is our first Backerkit campaign, and I gotta admit, it's got a cool bunch of tools. I think Backerkit is flirting with me, trying to win me over 🤣

One of them is stretch pay! Basically, you can break your pledge up into payments overtime. For you old people, think of it like digital layaway. If you wanted to get some of the older sets too but it's not in the budget right now, this is a great option. Make future you worry about it. 

I make future me worry about things all the time and it's never once gone wrong. 😬

I'm really selling it here...

Another Demon has joined the Infernal Horde! 

Last night, I watched "Undertone", one of the most unnerving movies I've ever seen with a definite demon theme. As I slumbered fitfully, we hit another achievement! I saw it and immediately had to run and catch a train, but here I am now, writing the next update!

Now that we've hit this goal, it means everyone who backs this campaign will be getting yet another free demon. Once again, I'll need you to vote for which one. You'll be picking from a different set this time. The poll is attached below. 

Next up, we have the Demon Hunter at $10500. When we hit that goal, that'll be a total of four free minis coming you way - Two extra demons, the Chaos Knight, and the  Demon Hunter. 

What if we did one more?

When we hit $13000, that'll be yet ANOTHER free demon! Five free demons is basically like getting a whole other set. That's wild (and we're not even close to done yet).

Another of the new classes coming up in the Demonic Grimoire! Look at this dude.  When we hit $10500, he'll take to the battlefield, ready to smite any infernal foes that stand in his way.
